We developed, patented, demonstrated effectiveness and reported results (see: Kaplan S, Kaplan A, Marcoe KF, Hammond WP, Fischer LD, Sauvage LR. Citric acid enhances the antithrombotic effect of aspirin in many aspirin-resistant subjects. Clin Appl Thrombosis/Hemostasis 1995;1:135-141.) that the compound of aspirin with the proprietary and FDA approved for human consumption additives works better as antithrombotic medication than aspirin alone for people with inadequate aspirin response.

Typical results of platelet aggregation response of aspirin (ASA) resistant subject are presented on the figure.

The Base Line (Unmedicated Response) is on top figure characterized by PA score = 55.6.

The ASA response is presented on the middle figure and characterized by the PA score = 44.2. That is not adequate reaction on antithrombotic medication.

The bottom figure illustrates the platelet aggregation response to the ASA + proprietary compound. The antiaggregatory response of this subject was greatly improved (PA score = 21.5)
